Main Crank Pulley - Mitsubishi Airtrek 2.0 Turbo-R 4WD CU2W
This is a 2 part pulley glued together with rubber. The rubber is there to provide engine damping ie to stop vibration. However the rubber does perish and the pulley can fall apart destroying the belt. See HERE & HERE
