Orders are usually dispatched within 1-4 working days of purchase, unless item is special order or we have no stock then we will inform you of the timescale for delivery. You will only be informed if we have to order a part in and it's going to take more than 5 working days to obtain it. Working Days are Monday to Friday.
We send the majority of our parts using Trackable Couriers except lightweight inexpensive items which can be sent Recorded Post.
We DO NOT send parts any other way.
By sending courier/recorded post you the customer have a guarantee that you get the items quickly and without any problems. This also means that we, the seller, can keep track of all our orders.
