If you are lucky enough to have got an FTO with factory fitted HID Headlamps and you blow a bulb then this is what you need.

Choose from OEM Spec Replacement or Philips X-Treme 85122XV2C1
Do not mix different brand bulbs if changing from Standard to Philips - Buy a Pair you won't be disappointed

Please make sure it's not one of the ballast control units as they are more likely to fail than a H.I.D. Bulb

H.I.D. Ballast Replacement Kit - Mitsubishi FTO

This kit will replace your faulty FTO OEM Ballast.
Simply plug together and rewire live and earth that went to your original
ballast unit to this. Unit supplied may vary from that shown.
NOTE :- This ballast is universal and may vary in size and shape to the original,
therefore it may need to be fitted into a different position to the original one.
