Frontpipe to Turbo Elbow/Catalytic Converter Gasket - Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 9 CT9A Gasket to catalytic converter Difference is the later gasket is dual layer pressed steel and the earlier one is a composite type with fire ring. Every Evo 9 was fitted with the later gasket BUT nothing to stop you fitting the earlier EVO 7 one and saving the price of a pint. The better gasket is the multi layer BUT it's more expensive.
